FROM BOSTON: take I-95 N. Bear left beforethe Portsmouth, NH, Exit onto Spaulding Tpke, which becomes Rte 16. Continue N on Rte 16 to Conway. Go through the 4-way intersection, take next left and continue on Rte 16 through N Conway Village and into Bartlett. At the junction of Rte 16 and 302 in Glen, go through the traffic light, staying on Rte 302. The resort is approximately 3 miles on the right across from Attitash Bear Peak. FROM CONCORD: Take I-93 N. At Exit 23, take Rte 104 E toMeredith. Take Rte 25 E to Rte 16. Turn left on Rte 16 and continue to Conway. (follow above from Conway). FROM PORTLAND:take Rte 302 W to Rte 16 through N Conway Village and follow directions above

Guest Information

A recipient of the RCI Hospitality award, all units have a color television and all offer air-conditioning. Some larger units have a washer/dryer in the unit. Most have DVD players or VCRs. Ski season varies each year; contact resort to verify dates. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 are very small, have 1 bath and a sleep sofa. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 are small, have 1 bath, a Sico bed and a sleep sofa. 1BR Units OCC Max 4/priv 4 and 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6, have 1, 1.5, or 2 baths and a varied bed structure. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have up to 2.5 baths, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 sleep sofa. **Resort strictly enforces the stated occupance limits.* Check-in is at the front desk only after 4PM. A US$150 security deposit is required. No pets are allowed. There is a US$.50 charge for local calls made from the unit phones. All resort units are non-smoking. The resort is 3 floors with no elevators. Guests who cannot climb stairs must make arrangements prior to arrival. RCI cannot guarantee unit assignment or location. **A Host Fee of US$29-$75 is assessed for all partial week bookings**

If consecutive weeks are booked, you cannot confirm again for 4 years from start date of last week confirmed.

Daily housekeeping service is not available without 24 hour written notice.Fees apply.
