Directions

Transport to resort can be arranged in advance through Knox County Airport. Most major carriers service Portland Int'l Airport 80 miles away. From New York City, take I-95 N and the Mass Turnpike east to I-495 or Rte 128. Go north to I-95 through New Hampshire, to the Maine Turn- pike I-95. Approaching Portland, take exit 52 to I-295N & take exit 28 to Rte 1N Coastal (Brunswick and Bath) for about 49 miles to Rockland. Follow Rte 1 N through Rockland down Main St. Go approximately 1 mile and turn right at the lights by VIP Parts, Tires and Services onto Walso Ave. Resort is .5 mile on right. From Boston take Rte 1 or 128 to 1-95 N exit 52 (I-295, South Portland)

Each unit is air conditioned and offers a deck with views of Penobscot Bay, 2 TVs,DVD player, partial kitchen with stovetop,dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven. Some units also have whirlpool bath. Resort is 3 floors; no elevator. Unit entrance is on the middle floor. 1BR Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twins, and 1 sleep-er sofa. Guest certificates are strictly enforced. *** All units are non-smoking, including deck. No pets allowed. *** Golf clubs and racquets available for fee.Advance tee times recommended in season. Call 207/594-1431 to reserve. Country Clubcasual dress code for on-site restaurant. Restaurants are seasonal. Linen change and partial cleaning Monday for Bldg I (600), Tuesday Bldg II (700), Wednesday Bldg III (800). Full maid and linen service available for fee. Hotel closing 11/28/10. Reopens 04/27/11. Check-in 4PM; check-out 10AM. Security deposit required at check-in. US$250 for smoking violations; US$50 per day for pet violations
