All condominiums at Sea Mist Resort are air-conditioned and include 2 televisions and a full kitchen. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 1BR townhouse units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa.2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 full baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. *Due to a limited numberof two bedroom units, the resort will not be able to upgrade guests if assigned to aMAX 4/PRI 4 unit.** Pets are not allowed. To fully enjoy the area, it is recommended that you have a car. The resort has 2 floors - no elevators. A US$100 security deposit of cash, check or credit card is required. Cash/check will be returned within 2 weeksafter check-out. Starting on 12/18/09 smoking no longer allowed in units. It will be permitted on the outside decks and patios
