From the airport, take I-45 south to Galveston, exit onto 61st Street and follow to the first traffic light and turn right (61st Street). Guest Information

Your Inverness by the Sea vacation home isair-conditioned and has a balcony, ceilingfans and a kitchen which includes a microwave oven. Some units have a washer/dryer. Laundry facilities are alsoavailable on-site. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. A US$200 security deposit, by check or credit card, will be required at check-in during weeks 9 through 13 each year. All other weeks will require a credit card imprint only. Mid-April brings the annual 'Beach Party' weekend. Guests should expect long trafficdelays and a carnival-type atmosphere. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Some covered parking is available. The resort does not allow parking of motorhomes, RV's or boats on-site. The resort is across the street from the Gulf; however all units have a Gulf view

"Housekeeping fee for all RCI points reservations: There may be a fee of 35.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, weekly. Cash or Credit is accepted."

The parking of oversized vehicles, is prohibited at the First Fairway at Walden property. ?Oversized vehicle? shall mean any motor vehicle, boat or trailer, which meets or exceeds at least two (2) of the following criteria, exclusive of fixtures, accessories or property:This includes Twenty (20) feet in length; or, Eight (8) feet in height; or Seven (7) feet in width.
