The nearest major airport is in Little Rock, approximately 60 miles. From the airport take I-30 West for appx 26 miles. At exit 111, take US 70 West, travel 8 miles.Turn right onto AR Hwy 128 (Lonsdale) and travel 8.8 miles. Turn left onto Hwy 5 andtravel 3.8 miles. Turn right onto Hwy 7-N and travel 7.8 miles to the main entrance of Hot Springs Village. Turn right at the light onto DeSoto Blvd. Make an immediate left past the first gatehouse. Proceed straight ahead to Escapes Welcome Center for checkin. Internet mapping programs used for drivingdirections may be extremely inaccurate in locating the main entrance to the resort

Guest Information

All units have air-conditioning, TV, VCR, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Some units have a fireplace and whirlpool tub. 2BR OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 1 king bed,1 queen bed, 2 sleep sofas, 2 baths and a full kitchen. 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sleep sofa, 2 baths and a full kitchen. 1BR 'A'units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 king bed, 1 queen sleep sofa, 1 bath and a full kitchen. 1BR 'B' units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 - very small-have 1 queen bed, 1 queen sleepsofa, 1 bath and a partial kitchen with microwave and mini refrigerator. No pets are allowed. Occupants found with a pet will be assessed US$500 penalty and could forfeit the remainder of their week.No boat, RV or trailer parking is allowed.Parking is limited to two spaces per unit.A credit card imprint is required at check-in. Some units have 6-20 stairs. The resort reserves the right to move you,without notice anytime before check-in, toa unit of the same size and occupancy. Urgent Information

Additionally, the pool has certain hours of availability due to classes, so they must call to check hours prior to arriving. There are golf courses available and there is a fee that is associated with using them. There are multiple courses and the rates change frequently, however, a discount is provided to any one staying on property that wishes to take advantage of the golfing privileges.

Guests will be held financially responsible for the cost of any item(s) that is damaged or goes missing from the unit. While there are 3 pools total at Hot Springs Village only 2 of those pools are available free of charge, both are outdoor pools. There is one indoor pool but a fee of $10 per person for an all-day pass is required.

Mandatory Security deposit is 500.00 U.S. dollars. Cash or Credit is accepted.
