Guest Information

All units have air conditioning, television, telephone and microwave oven. Partial kitchen does not have stove or burners and consists of small refrigeratorsink, blender, toaster and dishes. Hotel Units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bathroom and 2 double beds. Studio Units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bathroom, 1 king-size bed and a partial kitchen. 1BR Units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 2 bathrooms, 2 king-size beds and a partial kitchen. 1BR Units OCC:Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 bathrooms2 king-size beds, 1 double bed and partialkitchen. 2BR Units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 3 bathrooms, 2 king-size beds, 2 double beds, and a partial kitchen. Daily maid service is provided. Check-in registration is located in the lobby at the front desk. Please advise resort if a late arrival is anticipated. No pets are allowed. All members staying at any resort in the state of Quintana Roo, have to pay additional 3% state lodging tax

Resort strictly enforces the 1/3 year rule which means you can only confirm this resort once every 3 years. No more than two concurrent or consecutive reservations allowed per calendar year; Violations to these rules will be cancelled.
