Take the highway Transpeninsular 1 to San Jose del Cabo, continue South on Blvd. Maurcio Castro and turn left after the Fonatur Golf Course into Paseo Los Cabos which becomes Mijares Blvd, the resort is located on the right side just after the second roundabout

**Studio units are one single room with no separate room, no private bedroom** **Additional Fee for Room Service and all activities not sponsored by the Resort.

A minimum of 2 Adults per unit is required. A minimum of 4 adults in 1 bedroom units are required.

All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

Area Block Restriction: Los Cabos & San Jose owners are not allowed to confirm this resort with Extra Vacations and/or a regular exchange in these locations; Thy can only use a regular deposit that is not in these locations. Violations to this rule will be cancelled. Ocean views or ocean fronts cannot be guaranteed. All room assignment is based upon availability, room upgrades may be purchased at check in.
