All units have air-conditioning, TV, VCR, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Some units have fireplaces and whirpool tubs. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2 baths, king bed, queen bed, 2 queen sleep sofas and a full kitchen. 1BR 'A' units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, 1 bath and a full kitchen. 1BR 'B' units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 - 429 sq.fthave queen bd, sleeper sofa NO LAKE VIEW 1bath and a partial kitchen with microwave and mini refrigerator. NO PETS ARE ALLOWEDOccupants found with a pet will be assessed a US$500 penalty & could forfeit the remainder of their week. NO BOAT, RV OR TRAILER PARKING IS AVAILABLE. Parking is limited to one space per unit. A MasterCard or Visa imprint is required at check-in. Most units have 15-20 stairs. OCCUPANCY LIMITS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. The Yacht Club Welcome Center/Check-in office on Hwy 76 at the Village entrance is NOT for Escapes arrivals. Proceed past the village, following the above directions
