All units at The Ritz Beach Resort are air-conditioned and contain a television. Hotel Units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have one double bed and a full bath. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have a double bed, .75 bath, and a full kitchen. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 are a hotel unit and a studio unit combined. 2BR units OCC:Max 6/Pri 6 have 3 double beds and a full kitchen. ** Please note: one of the sleeping areas is across a common corridor. *** 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 are comprised of two hotel units and two studio units. The resort has scooter rental, water taxi,a watersports center and volleyball. THERE ARE MANY STAIRS LEADING TO ALL UNITSElevator only goes to 3rd floor. Penthouseunits are on the 4th floor. A refundable security deposit of US$300 ispayable upon arrival. All guests required to pay resort levy & energy surcharge upon check in.
